CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION - The Clerk announced that the Certificates of Election covering 434 seats in the One Hundred Seventeenth Congress have been received. The Clerk has not received the certificate of election from the Twenty Second District of the State of New York. Without objection, the Representatives-elect were directed to record their presence by the electronic device in order to determine whether a quorum was present.
