Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on January 2, 2021, at 12:41 p.m.: That the Senate passed S. 5086, H.R. 2444, H.R. 4508, and that the Senate passed H.R. 6395, the objections of the President to the contrary notwithstanding.
