This reportsummarizes the provisions and implementation status to date of several majorNCLBA requirements as they relate to specific NCLBA programs, and it examinessome of the implementation issues that have arisen as a consequence of theserequirements. This report is divided by topic into eleven sections, following thesequential order (to the extent feasible) of NCLBA provisions. Although the reportmay be read in its entirety, each section is written to stand alone to assist readers whomay elect to read only about topics of particular interest. Selected issues raised ineach section are highlighted in the following synopsis.
