Description:
H.R. 6561 would direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue a final regulation based on the provisions of the proposed regulation for the Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly program by December 31, 2018.   CBO estimates that enacting this bill would have no significant effect on the federal budget. Enacting H.R. 6561 would not affect direct spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply. CBO estimates that enacting H.R. 6561 would not increase net direct spending or on-budget deficits in any of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2029.   H.R. 6561 contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act.
