SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Paul Moore was convicted in state court announced Colusa County District Attorney John R. Poyner, Colusa County Sheriff Scott D. Marshall, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), San Francisco Field Division Special Agent in Charge Joseph M. Riehl.
