Republican press release from Office of Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee

Wright Physical Therapy Named Small Business of the Month for July 2018

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID), chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, has named Wright Physical Therapy in Twin Falls, Idaho as the Small Business of the Month for July 2018. Wright Physical Therapy will be recognized in the Congressional Record of the U.S. Senate.

“Wright Physical Therapy provides inspiration and healing rehabilitation to their patients through expert-led sessions, creative treatment plans, and unparalleled service,” said Chairman Risch. “This team-first, family-based business not only creates a welcoming community where patients feel safe and assured that they are in caring hands, but they positively contribute to society through volunteer work in Idaho and throughout the world. I am proud to name this purposeful, service-driven business as Small Business of the Month.”

Before opening Wright Physical Therapy in Twin Falls, Idaho, Bryan Wright owned and operated a fitness center in nearby Pocatello with helpful guidance from the Idaho Small Business Development Center. After completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Bryan started the process of opening his own practice. Bryan’s entrepreneurial spirit spearheaded Wright Physical Therapy’s expansion throughout Idaho into Kimberly, Jerome, Wendell, Burley, Idaho Falls, and Shelley, along with the addition of a second Twin Falls location. In addition to helping their patients recover from a range of injuries and medical issues, Wright Physical Therapy’s employees positively contribute to society through volunteer work. In 2015, the Wright team volunteered at the Magic Valley Health Fair where they provided complimentary musculoskeletal screenings to members of the community. They have a unique social mission that involves donating resources, time, and expertise to better the lives of those around them.

The Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship oversees proposed legislation on matters relating to entrepreneurship and provides oversight of the Small Business Administration. The committee also researches, investigates and reports all problems relating to America’s small businesses to the full Senate. As Chairman, Risch will honor America’s small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Senate each month.
