Key Spartz aide heads to conservative advocacy group

Posted by Sean McGlinn on Nov. 26, 2024

Raphaël Schreiber, the former legislative director for Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.), has joined the Conservative Partnership Institute as manager of the Conservative Partnership Academy.

Schreiber's new position caps off his year as an Intrepidus Fellow in CPI's Conservative Partnership Academy. During this time, he traveled to Cambridge, Mass., on three CPI-sponsored trips, which featured training sessions at the Legislative Assistant Symposium and seminars on congressional operations and legislative strategy.

Before rising through the ranks to become legislative director, Schreiber specialized in areas including judiciary, intelligence and financial matters while working as a policy adviser for Spartz and a legislative assistant for Rep. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.). He is a Columbia University graduate with a background in financial economics and current Cornell master's student in business analytics and data science.

CPI's Conservative Partnership Academy seeks to equip conservatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to become leaders, policy professionals and effective communicators.
